John Dugan

John Dugan originally from Brazil IN. - he graduated from Brazil High School where he was active in the drama club. After graduation, he attended the prestigious Goodman Theatre in Chicago.

John became the famed "Grandpa" in the original Chainsaw Massacre. At the early age of 22, John was cast by his sister Paula's husband, Kim Henkel writer, director and producer of "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" to play the part of Grandpa.

Since Texas Chainsaw Massacre, John has appeared as a character actor in several "B" movies, but we will always remember John as "Grandpa"

John appeared in the 1995 " Texas Chainsaw Massacre with Rene Zellweger and Matthew McConaughey.

He is recently starring in "Shudder" with Gunner Hansen and Ed Neal. The first time in 32 years three of the main characters from the original movie are together.

Jim O'rear

Jim O'Rear has been involved in the entertainment industry for over twenty five years. Jim move into the realm of film, television, and theatre where he has worked steadily as an actor, stuntman, and special make-up effects artist on such projects as Day Of The Dead, Star Trek 4, The Vampire Wars, Lethal Weapon 3, Creature Feature, Hayride Slaughter, Cop & a 1/2, Psycho Beach Party, Evita, Little Shop Of Horrors, No Retreat No Surrender 3, Mortal Kombat: Conquest, and many more.

Jim successfully moved into the area of screenwriting. He has written and sold a number of horror-related screenplays, including The House Of Pain, Hayride Slaughter, Hayride Slaughter 2, The Deadly Obligation, Vampyre Tales, Wolfsbayne, and (currently in production) The Deepening.

Sharron Ceccatti

Sharon began her career in show business singing and dancing on stage in the Pittsburgh area, performing mostly in operettas. Sharon Ceccatti-Hill is best known for playing the lead zombie nurse in the most remembered horror movie, Dawn of the Dead, a George Romero film. Sharon's picture is on the cover of the original VHS release of the movie. She has become a horror zombie legend all across Europe. Especially in Germany and is featured as such on posters and many books in Germany. Sharon has made appearances in Germany and England.

Some of the other films that she has appeared in are, Hellraiser III, George Romero's Knightriders (of which she was also the location casting director), Maria's Lovers, Death Penalty, Silent Witness and Kid Brother (which won awards at the Montreal Film Festival) and many more.

Sharon has had a long career, over 20 years, as a movie and location casting director, casting principles, day players and extras. She has cast such films as:: Dominick and Eugene, Starring Jamie Lee Curtis and Ray Liotta; Lady Beware, starring Diane Lane and Michael Woods; Gung ho, starring Michael Keaton; Mrs. Soffell, starring Diane Keaton and Mel Gibson; and All the Right Moves starring Ton Cruise, Leah Thompson and Craig T. Nelson. She has worked with directors such as Ron Howard, George Romero, Michael Chapman, Andrei Konchalovsky and many more. She did stunts for Stockard Channing during the filming of The Fish That Saved Pittsburgh.

Clayton Hill

Clayton landed a role as lead zombie in George Romero's; DAWN OF THE DEAD where he was also weapons coordinator. He is known as the Escalator Zombie. He has had speaking roles in many movies such as; All The Right Moves, with Tom Cruise; Lady Beware, with Diane Lane; Knightriders, with Ed Harris; Hellraisers III with Terry Farrell; Kid Brother with Caitlin Clarke; Silent Witness with Valerie Bertinnelli; Maria s Lovers with Robert Mitchum; The Fish That Saved Pittsburgh with Stockard Channing; Rappin with Mario Van Peebles; and Death Penalty with Colleen Dewhurst. Clayton was featured in such movies as Gung Ho with Michael Keaton; Mrs. Soffell with Mel Gibson; Stuck with Each Other with Tyne Daly, etc. Children of the Corn II where he also did stunts.

Clayton has worked with such directors as George Romero, where he was the 2nd assistant director for the movie 'Knightriders, and Ron Howard. He has case over 25 movies as Location Casting Director. Clayton has done location scouting for movies in may cities and in other countries, such as Spain & Morocco.

Frank Dietz

A former WALT DISNEY FEATURE ANIMATION artist, 2006 RONDO AWARD "ARTIST OF THE YEAR" Frank Dietz has found success as one of the new wave of classic monster illustrators. Inspired by the work of artists like Basil Gogos, Frank Frazetta and Mort Drucker, Frank pays tribute to the movie monster world through oils, charcoal, pastel and pencil.

Frank grew up on Long Island, N.Y., and then attended the State University at Oswego, majoring in theatre and art. He starred in a series of now-cult low-budget horror films like ZOMBIE NIGHTMARE, ROCK N' ROLL NIGHTMARE, BLACK ROSES and THE JITTERS. He has also written the screenplays for many independent feature films, including NAKED SOULS, COLD HARVEST, the MAGIC IN THE MIRROR series and the upcoming comedy, THE WOODY.

In 1996, Frank joined Disney and contributed to such films as HERCULES, MULAN, TARZAN, FANTASIA 2000, ATLANTIS - THE LOST EMPIRE, TREASURE PLANET and HOME ON THE RANGE.

During this period Frank created the SKETCHY THINGS series of classic monster sketchbooks, which became extremely popular with genre fans. This lead to years of commissions for horror and fantasy books, magazines and convention appearances. His work has been featured in MONSTERS FROM THE VAULT, CASTLE OF FRANKENSTEIN, MONSTER BASH, CHILLER THEATRE, SCARLET STREET and many other magazines. He recently created the cover art for HAVOC SWIMS JADED, the new anthology from horror author David J. Schow, and the mystery novel WHO FRAMED BORIS KARLOFF?

He continues to appear at comic and horror conventions across the country, speaking to fans about art, movies and monsters.

Bill Byrge, a beloved character actor known to fans as "Bobby," has appeared in four movies with Jim Varney: Ernest Goes to Jail, Ernest Goes to School, Ernest Scared Stupid, and Ernest Saves Christmas. Bill also has acted in TV shows and in country music videos such as "Sitting up with the Dead" with Ray Stevens.

Jeff Thompson

A recognized expert on "Dark Shadows" and the films of Dan Curtis, writes for books, magazines, and websites about popular culture, movies, TV, "Dark Shadows," comic books, and education. Jeff teaches English at Tennessee State University and announces on WAMB-AM 1200. In 2007, Jeff will appear in American Scary, a documentary about local-TV horror hosts.

Jim Hall is a former comics artist who has produced illustrations for major corporations including FedEx, Warner Brothers, Sony Signature, Sheraton Casinos, and Acclaim. His comic work has been published by Marvel, DC, and Dark Horse among others. Jim lives in Memphis, Tennessee where he has formed a partnership with extremely talented illustrators and long-time friends Mitch Foust and Dean Zachary. Together, they are Jupiter Press.


Dean Zachary

As a comic book artist, Dean illustrated various titles ranging from 'Green Lantern' and 'Superboy' to 'Batman: Day of Judgment' for DC Comics. Eventually Dean expanded his skills by writing and creating digital paintings for the stylistica lly groundbreaking title 'Stargods.' The sprawling saga of space faring mythological characters blended 2D and 3D art for a completely unique looking comic.

Dean recently launched his first novel, 'American Twilight: The Eagle and the Dragon' about a superhuman American patriot and a Japanese assassin who join forces against a mad scientist on a mysterious island in the Bermuda Triangle. It's James Bond meets the X-Men, and the reviews have been stellar.

Dean's other interests include screenwriting, playing the guitar, and practicing Shotokan Karate. Dean currently resides in Memphis, Tennessee.


Brian Hurtt

Brian Hurtt is a comic artist currently residing in St. Louis, Missouri (home of the toasted ravioli). He has been working full-time in the comic industry since 2002 with his debut in Oni Press' Queen & Country through his run on Steve Gerber's critically acclaimed Hard Time from DC Comics. Cullen Bunn

Cullen scripts the Oni Press horror/noir comic, The Damned. In addition, his fiction and non-fiction have appeared in a number of magazines and anthologies, including Fangoria, Darkness Rising, City Slab, and Inhuman. Somewhere along the way, he founded Undaunted Press and edited the small press horror magazine, Whispers from the Shattered Forum. He also managed to win the infamous World Horror Convention Gross-Out Contest three times, an honor for which he is proud, appreciative, and-at least a little-ashamed.
